Modus Operandi

Our technical experts and professionals make regular visits to farmers; farmer’s diary, ICS documents, inspections and other related activities keep farmers engages at all levels. Farmer those who are not literate enough to fill the documents, are supported by our ground staff. Nonetheless, farmers have been trained over the years and require minimal surveillance for the quality purposes.

We also provide farmers with mechanical sowing and harvesting implements so as to ensure consistent production. We see our excellence in keep upgrading technologies/methodologies whichever is suitable to the farmers and at the same time bringing market at the doorstep of the farmers. Quality of organic products is maintained at all levels irrespective of quantity and storage facilities. In fact, quality is the reason that we immediately get the raw material processed and packed at the farm itself.

For clients’ satisfaction, all the raw/processed material is packed immediately and a third party sampling is done to make sure that the product is 100% organic and is pure in nature. Clients usually do it by their own standarderized laboratories or we can also get it done by laboratories approved either by APEDA or relevant authorities.

Apart from this, we invite our regular/new clients to make a visit of the field of their choice; we have more than 6000 ha of certified farms of which different crops are grown in different seasons. Interestingly, farmers are the owner of the farms and do farming activities of their choices. Nonetheless a major potion of farming practices happens as per the market demand, there are some routine cropping activities that makes it a belt i.e. Cumin, Psyllium, Wheat, Fenugreek etc.

Farmers don’t have to take pain for thresing, packing, transportation, sorting etc. activities and these all are supported by Rapid Organic Private Limited at no cost from farmers’ side. Whenever there comes an enquiry, we inform our farmers regarding the quantity. Usually, farmers let us avail maximum quantity to store in our go downs. In both cases, we pay a premium rate to farmers for the entire produce which is usually Rs 5 per kg in most cases. This makes farmers put in advantageous situation where they get the premium rate at the doorstep; a reason to smile even in the off season.
